MCC Bank Ltd, Brahmavar Branch celebrated Teachers Day on 4th September 2024 at the branch premises. The celebration was presided over by Sahakara Ratna Mr Anil Lobo, Chairman of MCC bank Ltd.

Mr Anil Lobo Chairman of MCC Bank Ltd, Mr Elroy Kiran Crasto, Director of MCC Bank Ltd, Branch Manager Mr Ovin Rebello, Chief Guest Mr K Ashok Bhat, Social worker, Mrs Abhilasha, Principal SMS CBSE School, Brahmavara, Mrs Annie Crasta, Rtd Tecaher Gangolli were present as Guest of Honor for the program.

Floral tribute was offered to Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan.

In his presidential speech Chairman Mr Anil Lobo expressed his happiness on celebrating Teachers Day at Brahmavar Branch, which is first in the 112 years of history of MCC Bank Ltd, and has become a reality due to the environment of Brahmavar region. He mentioned about the role of teachers in building young student’s career.

Senior Most Teacher Mrs Rosy Theresa Dsilva was felicitated for completing 35 years of her selfless service as a teacher.

Mr K Ashok Bhat, Social Worker in his speech mentioned about the role played by many teachers in his life. Teachers play a vital role in building healthy society.

Mrs Abhilasha, Principal of SMS Eng Medium CBSE School, in her address, said that anyone who shows a guiding light to anyone is a teacher. The role of a teacher is not just restricted to the walls of a classroom.

All teachers who were present were felicitated by the Chairman, Mr. Anil Lobo.

As many as Thirty-Five teachers were present for the celebration.
