Dear Friends, I am pleased to welcome you to peruse this tech savvy platform of our esteemed Mangalore Catholic Cooperative Bank designed so that you are aware of its progress and make use of services rendered by it. It all started around 110 years ago when few philanthropic and visionary gentlemen filled with the spirit of cooperative brotherhood took the challenge of building this Bank. Since then, many a great men have served this financial institution with the singular intent of making it a great household name in the life of Coastal Karnataka. They have rendered selfless service in for its steady growth, as Chairmen, Directors and also as its employees. We are proud of the growth the Bank has achieved since the last 110 years, especially the last 4 years. As the Chairman of this Bank I confidently state that we are fully equipped to give quality service to our customers and esteemed members. Our customers get a maximum security cover under DICGC Scheme just like any other Nationalized Bank as our Bank falls under the dual control of the RBI regulatory mechanism and state co-operative department. All the branches are now upgraded and digital banking facility is available in all the branches. For the first time in the history of the Banks 110 years of existence, the NPA came down to 1.60% at the financial year ended on 31st March 2022. We have recorded a net profit of 12 Crore before tax as on 31st March 2022. Every year we have been paying a handsome dividend of 10% to our esteemed members and this year being post centenary decennial year of the Bank we are planning to pay higher dividend, subject to the approval from the regulatory mechanism. Post Centenary Decennial Celebrations of the Bank are being planned on a big scale and the Founder’s Branch and the HO building has been aesthetically renovated. The Bank is planning to introduce new products and expansion plans are going on. Our staff members are professionally trained and customers at every branch are accorded warm welcome and rendered the best of service. Ample parking is available at Administrative Office / Founders Branch and most of the Branches have been relocated to the premises which are senior citizen friendly and have suitable parking facility. IMPS facility is free via Mobile Banking App and soon we are planning to offer UPI facility to our esteemed customers. We have renovated the auditorium at the Administrative Block of the building and named it after our visionary founder. We have established a state of the art training center at the Administrative Block of the Bank and made best use of every inch of space and every cent of land available at our disposal towards the development of our Bank. Customer Satisfaction and Growth of the Bank - remains the mantra of our team and we are working hard towards this goal. We have never deterred from the objectives and vision of the founding fathers, our steps towards realizing their dreams have been very useful to us. Proper use of Info technology in the Bank has opened new arenas of service to our customers. I am grateful to all our shareholders, customers, staff and other stakeholders for their unflinching cooperation and support.
