MCC BANK holds Annual Staff Conference – 2019

The Annual Staff Conference – 2019 of The Mangalore Catholic Co-operative Bank Ltd., was held on 22nd June 2019 at Milagres Senate Hall, Mangaluru.

Rev. Fr. Vijay Victor Lobo, Procurator of Mangalore Diocese, conducted the prayer service and in his speech called upon the Bank staff to be service oriented and to offer quality service to all section of society.

Jude Jerald Dsilva, vice chairman, of the Bank welcomed the gathering and presented the purpose of Annual staff Conference – 2019.

Stephen pinto – ex-functional director of the Bank presented his talk on Growth and Future Plans for the Bank for the year 2019-20. He analysed the past growth for the year 2018-19 and emphasized that the staff should give more priority CASA Account and promote ATM cards and mobile banking to the customers. He opined that atleast 25% growth would be ideal for the Bank to achieve the future Goals.

Dy Commisioner of Police, Hanumantharaya in his address to the gathering emphasized on security aspect in banking sector and called upon the staff to be more vigilant and cautious when offering service to the public. He also suggested the bank to take precautionary steps to avoid cyber crimes.

General Manager, Sunil Menezes, stressed upon the working environment and called upon all the staff to unitedly work hard and put extra efforts to attain the given target.

Chairman, Anil Lobo, in his message directed the staff to work proactively for the betterment of the Bank and to have positive approach towards customers.

General Manager Sunil Menezes proposed the vote of Thanks. Director Irene Rebello compered the Conference.
